Christopher is co-founder of IIMS Dataworks. He is an international development economist with an extensive background in both large scale commercial and government customer oriented platforms. Prior to co-founding IIMS Dataworks, Christopher worked extensively in East, South East and South Asia providing consultancy and strategic advisory services to multilateral agencies and governments in the fields of social sector and pension reforms.

Gautam is a co-founder of IIMS Dataworks. He has also co-founded Invest India Economic Foundation and Invest India Micro Pension Services. He is on the board of UTI Retirement Solutions and on the Investment Board of the Postal Life Insurance Directorate. Over the last 18 years, Gautam has worked extensively on pension reforms, financial literacy and institutional capacity building. He has also served on several committees of the Indian ministry of finance, NHAI, India Post, IRDA, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and CII and as consultant to the Government of India, Government of Nepal, PFRDA, ADB, World Bank, OECD and USAID.
